Acting as a connector to the new Agua Caliente Tribe, Spa, Gym and Casino, the rest of downtown, and even beyond (having direct access to Taquitz Canyon and the Palm Springs International Airport). The Center is reinventing the energy of the area with the incorporation of amazing mid-century modern architecture, trendy dining, and shopping to tie together b2 and company’s already successful downtown renovations with P.S. Downtown. This project is the gateway to a booming center at the heart of Palm Springs. b2 and company is responsible for creating the vision for this core downtown asset and executing the merchandising and leasing to do so.
